I take it whenever I remember, and it really does help with digestion. The taste is sweet and pleasant too. I don't really have any complaints, but honestly, I can't tell much difference between this and the Gold version.

Honestly, the taste isn't that different from the gold version. The Lactofit probiotic yogurt drink tastes great in all flavors though. The grape-flavored one especially has a nice tangy kick to it. What I really love is how convenient it is to grab and enjoy on the go. My whole family is enjoying it, and everyone at home loves it too. The downside is that it's noticeably more expensive than the gold version. Lactofit is tough to keep buying regularly unless it goes on sale. I honestly can't tell much of a difference between this and the gold version. I found the basic version didn't deliver enough results, so I switched to the Royal formula and it's definitely better! I make sure to take my probiotics consistently. That said, compared to other probiotic supplements that guarantee 100 billion CFU, the effectiveness is a bit less noticeable. What I love most is that the whole family can enjoy this together regardless of age, and it tastes so delicious that I look forward to taking it every single day! The only inconvenience is that the packaging is a bit tricky to open every morning, but honestly, everything else about it is fantastic! I've noticed that taking this in the morning seems to work even better than using it in the evening!

The dosage is the same—just once a day—and the taste is nearly identical. The digestive benefits feel pretty much the same too! There's nothing really disappointing about it. Once I finish this, I'm thinking about trying the Slim version next time.

It actually tastes great, and it really keeps things moving smoothly - I absolutely love it. Whenever I stop taking it, I definitely notice constipation coming back. There's nothing really missing from the product itself. This product made a comeback after being discontinued! It has a grape flavor (the kind of grape taste you find in grape candies). I picked some up from Traders a few months ago in July 2023 and have been enjoying it! At first, I experienced some pretty intense bloating and thought maybe probiotics just weren't for me. But when my mom and my brother bravely kept taking it every single day anyway, they said they felt great, so I decided to give it three days in a row. Honestly, my digestion actually felt so much better! Sure, if I skip it for a while and start again, I get a little bloated again, but seeing how things settle down tells me it's actually working. I'm surprisingly really happy with this! The grape flavor is pleasant and easy to take without any weird aftertaste. My only wish is that the powder portions were a bit bigger because sometimes I want to take more. On the first day you take it, you might experience some gas. I'm not sure if it's just my family, but all three of us were definitely caught off guard on day one. Once you plan around that first day and start taking it the next day or a couple days later, things smooth out pretty quickly. This probiotic has a delicious green grape flavor that I absolutely love! Since it's Lactofit, it's widely available everywhere and super easy to find. The convenient packaging makes it so simple to carry around, which means I actually remember to take it regularly. Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued. I purchased it recently at Emart Traders, and while the royal version has a nice name, I didn't notice any real difference compared to other Lactofit products in their lineup.
