If you frequently experience digestive issues or have lactose intolerance, you absolutely need to try this! I found relief after using this product. What amazed me most is that I can now enjoy lattes without any digestive problems. This probiotic supplement is the perfect match for my system! The one downside I noticed is that taking this consistently for over a month can actually lead to constipation instead. If that happens, just take a break for a bit and then start using it again!

Since it comes in pill form, it's super convenient to take, and there's barely any medicinal aftertaste. (I've used this before, but I'm currently taking a different probiotic) 1. The price is way too high The results weren't even that great, but it costs so much (and they barely ever have sales) 2. The effects are pretty underwhelming People with irritable bowel syndrome usually bounce between constipation and diarrhea, but this one only helps a bit with the diarrhea side. It doesn't do anything for bloating or when constipation kicks in 3. Excessive packaging You get just one probiotic strain, but they've packaged each one individually in the box Honestly, it's ridiculously expensive, and among probiotics, this one ranks pretty low in terms of actual effectiveness. If you're just an average person, maybe it's fine, but since this was specifically marketed for people with irritable bowel syndrome, I don't see why you'd buy it when other regular probiotics from competing brands work better. I decided to try this because I heard the capsules reach deep into the digestive system, and I've been taking it consistently every single day for over six months now. I used to have trouble with my digestion, but lately things have been moving smoothly. I'm pretty sure this product is the reason for the improvement! The tablets are small and easy to take without any hassle, and there's no off-putting smell, so it's really convenient to use. I can't really tell what makes this different from other Lactofit probiotic products.
