My child has been taking this consistently, and I love it! It has a subtle milk powder flavor with a pleasant nutty taste that my kid really enjoys. The price is reasonable too, so I feel comfortable giving it regularly. We've been using this for years now, and my child hasn't had any digestive issues, which is great. Like other probiotic supplements, it tastes great because it has that pleasant sweetness. The truth is, there's really nothing disappointing about it. I've been taking Lactofit consistently and it seems to be working well for me. The taste is really good too! I'm not sure how effective it is, but it tastes so good that I keep taking it anyway.
