After taking it, I definitely don't feel hungry, and the feeling of fullness lasts much longer. I crave snacks way less, and my meal portions have naturally decreased. These days, I can really feel my belly getting flatter — I think it's because I'm not overeating anymore. My weight hasn't changed dramatically yet, but it's definitely working wonders for controlling my appetite. The taste is pleasant with no aftertaste, and it's so convenient to take one packet a day. I'm planning to keep using it consistently. The downside is that it tastes way too sweet. It has such a strong sugary flavor that people on a diet who are trying to avoid sweetness might actually end up craving sweet foods because the sweetness lingers in your mouth. I don't usually have any issues, but I take probiotics as a preventative measure to support my digestive health, and I really appreciated how well this formula dissolves in my mouth. Compared to other products I've used before that only required one daily dose, having to remember to take this one twice a day felt a bit inconvenient. I'm someone who regularly exercises and stays active, but I didn't notice any additional benefits from using this product. Also, while everyone's experience is different, the scent felt too artificial to me—it reminded me of nail polish remover, which was disappointing.
