This toner has a slightly thick, creamy texture that feels like a blend of toner and essence combined. Because of that, it's incredibly hydrating. During summer, I can get away with just this alone plus an eye cream and moisturizer without experiencing any tightness. There's nothing majorly disappointing about it, but I think it would be even better if it were fragrance-free. It feels really hydrating. I got a sample and tried it out, and it's pretty decent overall. I have oily and very sensitive skin, and I broke out in acne. Since this toner is more nourishing in formula, I think it was too heavy for my skin.
