If you're like me and truly committed to fighting signs of aging, you've probably heard of bakuchiol. It's an anti-aging powerhouse extracted from the leaves and seeds of the babchi plant, a medicinal herb grown in India. When Lara Recipe launched their new Bakuchiol Essence, I had to try it right away. The formula has a subtle purple hue and flows with a lightweight texture. Because it's so lightweight, it glides on smoothly, absorbs quickly, and despite being an essence, it doesn't feel sticky at all. This makes it perfect for using morning and night as part of your daily routine. What really impressed me is their proprietary bakuchiol complex, which combines bakuchiol and retinol through liposomal technology for enhanced absorption, plus endorphin peptides and nine different peptides that work together to visibly reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Instead of just using plain water, they've infused it with ginseng berry microbiome and grape stem cells to support faster skin renewal and regeneration. This product keeps skin beautifully hydrated without any sticky residue, and even my teenage son loves using it! There's nothing majorly wrong with it, but I wish the price were a bit more affordable. The texture is quite lightweight, so it runs out pretty quickly. Everyone in our family, from kids to adults, has been using this without any skin issues or problems.
