I had such great results with the cica balm when I had contact dermatitis, so I was really excited to buy this product Hmm, the cica balm was the same way - it seems like these products really only show their true potential when your skin is in absolutely terrible condition, like dealing with dermatitis. I have extremely sensitive skin with combination skin type and lots of breakouts, and when I first tried this toner, I was amazed by how gentle and non-irritating it felt. I've been using this product for years now, and I love that you get so much product for your money. I really recommend it! I'm still getting to know this product, and while the price point is a bit disappointing, I need to use it a little longer to really make up my mind. I'm really impressed with how gently this removes dead skin without any irritation. Most exfoliating products tend to feel dry, which is disappointing, but this one actually feels quite hydrating even if it's not intensely moisturizing. The price point is on the higher side, and this product rarely goes on sale. I waited several months for a discount before finally purchasing it. When used together with a spot-correcting essence, the results for improving skin discoloration are truly outstanding.

I've heard people recommend using it as an exfoliating toner, but I actually prefer applying it gently with my hands like a regular cleanser, and honestly, that works better for me. On days when my skin is acting up, I just use a cotton pad to apply it to my cheeks or forehead! The bottle size is really quite small for the price point, which feels a bit steep. It dries down so quickly that there's barely any hydration left to speak of. It feels refreshing at first, but that cooling sensation doesn't last very long. Like I mentioned, for problem areas, I saturate a cotton pad and leave it on, then gently pat the rest onto my face with my hands. I have oily skin, and I really noticed that on days when I use this toner, my skin produces noticeably less oil! It's absolutely perfect for summer. Since I'm a student, the price is a bit steep for my budget. Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but I was disappointed that the opening gets dirty pretty easily, like in the second photo. This toner is perfect for oily skin types during summer because it effectively controls excess oil and removes dead skin cells! Everything about it is great, but the price is a bit steep for students to afford.
