It's lightweight and perfect for everyday wear without feeling heavy. It does a nice job of blurring pores and smoothing out skin texture. The coverage is better than I expected. When I went out without wearing a mask, my skin looked absolutely beautiful. When I put on and take off my mask, the product tends to lift slightly, probably because I have dry skin. Shade Range Previously, I bought the cream shade from the same brand, but it had too much red undertone, making my neck appear brighter than my face. This shade is absolutely perfect. It works beautifully on fair skin tones too! 4. Oil Control It has minimal oil content, so my skin doesn't get as shiny throughout the day. 5. Staying Power Even when I wear a mask, this foundation definitely doesn't budge as easily. 6. I prefer foundations with long-lasting wear that look natural. So if you're someone who wants flawless, full coverage, you might find this a bit disappointing. I have combination skin that can get a bit oily, so I'm always testing new products. Today I tried Laura Mercier foundation and wanted to share my honest thoughts with you all! First, the best thing about this foundation is how naturally it blends with my skin tone. I'm a typical shade 21, and when I wash my makeup off, my skin has that warm, golden undertone that's so common for us. While longevity matters to me, I really focus on getting that lifted, brightened effect. Honestly, I didn't buy this myself—my mom got it for her own use, but I finally tried it properly today. The shade match was incredible, almost identical to my natural skin tone. It applies so seamlessly and naturally! Since I don't have too many blemishes, I only applied one thin layer instead of building it up. What really impressed me was how dewy and hydrated my skin felt after applying it. Usually when I do a heavier makeup look, I go for a more powdery finish, but today I skipped the powder to keep things natural. I even wore a mask after applying it, and the transfer was honestly minimal. I did my makeup around 3 PM and didn't get home until about 9 PM. By then, it had settled beautifully with just a slight natural glow from my skin's oils showing through. I didn't need to touch up my makeup even once!
