na****Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất07/11/2025 (UTC+0)I've tried plenty of vitamin C products from other brands, but I keep repurchasing LayerLab because I'm really satisfied with how it performs - it doesn't irritate my skin, applies beautifully before makeup, and the ingredient formula is exactly what I'm looking for. If you store it in high temperatures, the color will change. You need to keep it refrigerated. - hs*******Da dầuBã nhờn / Mụn đầu đenNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏĐược đề xuất17/10/2025 (UTC+0)
I hit my mid-thirties and realized I really needed to start paying attention to oxidative stress and keeping my skin looking fresh. That's when I decided to grab a vitamin C product since so many people swear by them. My first purchase was CosAlX's high-concentration Vitamin C23, and honestly? When I opened it, there was this really strong oily smell, and my face would turn a bit yellow when I applied it. I was looking around for alternatives when Jena launched her vitamin C line, so I decided to give it a try. Her formula has 10% vitamin C in it. The best part? First off, it doesn't have that intense oily smell that vitamin C products are known for! And it's not irritating at all, which is amazing. Even though the concentration is lower than CosAlX, this one includes vitamin C derivatives too, making it perfect for sensitive skin types who want to dip their toes in. I also love that the bottle is dark brown but slightly transparent, so I can easily see how much product is left. When I use it together with the spot-fading serum from the same line, the results are even better. I'm definitely repurchasing once I finish this bottle! The only real downside to LayerLab is the price, honestly. Other than that, there's not much to complain about. If you're using other LayerLab products, pairing this with their spot-fading serum really takes the results to the next level! Your complexion will look noticeably brighter.

It can make sensitive skin a bit red, and it leaves a sticky residue at the end that feels like dried honey coating your face.

Even though my skin is sensitive, vitamin C is an essential ingredient I can't skip. I've tried many vitamin C products, but LayerLab's formula seems to absorb beautifully without any irritation. Other vitamin C products tend to feel a bit irritating when I use them on days when my skin isn't in great condition. This one has a lightweight, water-like texture that absorbs smoothly and feels refreshing! Because it's so light, it doesn't pill under makeup, so I use it during the day too. -Pure Vitamin C 10% + Vitamin C Derivative 2% + Vitamin E 0.1%. If you're looking for a gentle vitamin C product that won't irritate your skin, I highly recommend this one. No downsides at all. I'm really satisfied with LayerLab's products. I love them. I apply it in two layers. Since it needs time to absorb, I wait about 1-2 minutes between applications before applying the next layer. - yk******Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnLỗ chân lông toMẩn đỏ12/09/2025 (UTC+0)
- The specialized dropper and amber bottle are excellently designed to prevent oxidation - My skin stings every time I apply it - Even with consistent use, the stinging sensation doesn't fade or become more tolerable - dh********Da trung tínhDa nhạy cảmLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất10/09/2025 (UTC+0)
My skin has become noticeably clearer and my pores have significantly reduced. I was really stressed about my enlarged pores from working in a hot kitchen, so I decided to try this vitamin C serum since I use six different serums anyway. I'm really satisfied with the value for the price. I use it alongside expensive brands like Caudalie, Kiehl's, and SkinCeuticals, but this serum is honestly the best bang for your buck. There's really nothing to complain about. The only downside is that it runs out quickly, so you end up needing to buy multiple bottles. I apply it twice after my toner using a layering method. Since absorption is so important, I make sure to apply it twice every time. That's why it gets used up pretty fast.

I'm almost through my first bottle already! I trusted LayerLab and decided to go for it. I'm using their Dark Spot Serum, Retinol, and Cream from the same line together. My skin texture has really improved and feels so much clearer now. The serum has this beautiful golden tone and comes in a dark glass bottle. It glides on smoothly and leaves my skin feeling silky. I'm definitely going to keep using this consistently. Nothing really stands out as a downside. Though I've noticed the Dark Spot Serum and Retinol seem to work better together - there's definitely a synergy when you use them as a duo. Grab it during a sale if you can! - be*****Da trung tínhLàm sáng da / Đốm thâmNếp nhăn / Độ đàn hồiLỗ chân lông toĐược đề xuất11/07/2025 (UTC+0)
I purchased and used this product when it first launched. It's designed to improve the appearance of dark spots on its own, but it really shines when combined with other targeted treatments from the same line, like their dark spot serum and retinol. While using it, there wasn't anything that stood out as uncomfortable—the texture and scent were both pleasant and easy to work with. That said, I didn't notice any dramatic results while I was using it. For the price point, the benefits felt pretty standard compared to what other brands offer, so I wasn't sure it was worth repurchasing. But after using it consistently over a couple of months, something shifted. My skin's overall condition actually looks noticeably better now. I still have retinol left to finish, and honestly, I'm tempted to buy this product again. Unless you're committed to using the entire line together, there are plenty of similar alternatives out there that work just as well. - 18****Da hỗn hợpDa nhạy cảmDa mụnĐược đề xuất08/07/2025 (UTC+0)
The absorption is really impressive, but honestly... the results... well, I used it religiously every single day for three months without missing once, and in the end I decided to sell it. That said, it was a gentle vitamin C formula that didn't irritate my skin at all. It left yellow stains on my collar, and when I applied it to my neck too, the discoloration was terrible. Even the dry cleaner couldn't get the stains out, no matter how hard they tried. I think my skin just doesn't respond to vitamin C products.
