This product feels weightless and non-sticky, making it perfect for summer use. It absorbs quickly and feels gentle on both face and body, no matter where you apply it. You can layer it multiple times without any issues, and it's wonderful for oily skin types who want to use it like a sleeping mask during hot weather. Even after applying it two or three times, your makeup stays put and doesn't shift. Compared to aloe gel, the hydration lasts much longer, which is why I'm already on my second bottle and absolutely love it. It does have a distinctive scent—kind of like an alcohol smell. The price is a bit steep considering how much product you actually use. Once late fall arrives, those with oily or combination skin might find it doesn't provide enough moisture, making it harder to use during the drier months. If you mix this with water instead of plain water when doing rubber masks or sheet masks, the hydrating benefits will last even longer.

If you have dry skin, this is perfect for generous application during the fall and winter months when your skin needs extra care. Products with plant extracts usually come with a higher price tag, but this one offers amazing value for the quality you're getting. I thought it would feel similar to aloe gel, but it's actually so much softer and more delicate. I was pleasantly surprised by how hydrating it is (though you'll definitely want to layer other products on top). When I use this as my first step, then add a soothing gel cream, and finish with a regular cream, I don't experience any dryness—not even that uncomfortable tight feeling underneath or on the surface. There's nothing irritating about it at all, no weird reactions or sensitivity. It's genuinely gentle and calming. I don't really have any major complaints, but like other reviewers mentioned, the container lid feels a bit off. My skin seems to respond better to resurrection plant than to centella or aloe. Application: Smooth and doesn't harden! If you've used aloe products, you know how these types of soothing gels tend to get stiff and cause pilling after application, but this one doesn't do that at all. It feels hydrating and moisture-rich without any stickiness, and it has a fresh finish. It's like they packed all the best qualities of a soothing gel into one product. Even after applying sunscreen or makeup on top, there's no pilling. Absorption: It absorbs quickly. As I mentioned, since there's no stickiness, you don't need to tap it in repeatedly to help it absorb. Best for: All skin types. I have combination skin that's oily in the T-zone with sensitivity and dehydration, plus a dry U-zone, and this product works perfectly for me. I highly recommend it as a lightweight final moisturizer for summer. It solves dehydration issues and eliminates the need for other hydrating creams. Right now in summer, I'm only using this as my final step, and my cheeks aren't dry at all. Even hours after application, my skin feels plump and bouncy. Those with dry skin might need to layer something else on top to prevent dryness. (Since I don't have dry skin, I'm not entirely sure.) Effectiveness: Great for calming and cooling. It reduces pores, heat sensation, and redness. Oil and Moisture Balance: For summer and combination skin, the hydration level is perfect. There's no oiliness. It feels like 99.9% moisture, yet it doesn't come off in flakes like some products do - how is that even possible? (In a good way!) Irritation: No irritation at all. It's truly gentle. I haven't gotten any breakouts. I've been using a niacinamide ampoule as my base plus this product, and I haven't had a single pimple pop up recently. Scent: I'm sensitive to fragrance, and I love that there's no artificial scent at all. There's no other noticeable scent either. Ingredients: Clean formula. Plus, purified water isn't even the first ingredient. No fragrance added. Price: I bought it as a 1+1 deal during a sale, and I'm really satisfied. The amount is generous enough for facial application. Please keep offering it this way! Would I repurchase: Absolutely! It's a summer essential. The only thing is... I wish there was a larger size available so I could use it on my whole body! Store it in the refrigerator for an extra cooling effect.
