On its own, it feels a bit incomplete, but when I layer it with other serums, my skin seems to hold onto moisture much longer. That's the best way I can describe the feeling I got from using it. The formula has a slightly thick consistency with a bit of a tacky finish. If you're someone who dislikes that sticky feeling, you might not love this one. My only disappointment is that this product doesn't get enough buzz, so I only just discovered it now. I've been using this for about a week now, and after applying the Boost Shot Active Essence and doing my makeup, my face has this beautiful glow that my friends keep complimenting. They're all saying my skin looks so much better! The product does have a slightly sticky texture when you apply it. My skin is oily and this product works perfectly for my skin type. After using it, my skin feels beautifully hydrated, my face doesn't feel sticky, and it applies smoothly as a makeup base.
