I absolutely love the Le Labo Hinoki fragrance! The scent is wonderful and the product quality is excellent. As a Le Labo fan, everything about it is great, but the price is really steep. I only buy it when I get a duty-free opportunity.

Since it's so well-known for its fragrance, if it matches your scent preference, the aroma is absolutely wonderful! After shampooing, the scent lingers for quite a while too. The packaging is beautifully simple and elegant. The price is really disappointing and affects everything about this product. The price point combined with the amount you get makes it hard to justify. Honestly, I'm drawn to this product just for the scent alone. I'm using the entire Le Labo Hinoki line - body wash, body cream, and shampoo. While the shampoo doesn't quite capture that cozy, enveloping Hinoki hot spring feeling like the body wash does, I still really enjoy it. The cleansing power isn't particularly strong, and it doesn't produce a lot of lather either. On days when I style my hair, I switch to a more powerful cleansing shampoo.
