I'm currently using this as a gift, and I love how the scent is subtle and pleasant. It applies smoothly without any sticky residue, which makes it so easy to use. I thought I had closed the cap securely, but it seems to come loose when it gets jostled around in my bag, and it's made a mess a few times. L'Occitane is basically what I always end up receiving for my birthday. Even though my vanity is already stacked with different products, whenever I go to apply something, I find myself reaching for L'Occitane instead. It really delivers on hand moisturizing, and there's something undeniably luxurious about that signature scent. The texture is way too thick and heavy. Since the container is aluminum, it started getting dented or punctured even though I hadn't used much of it yet. I wash my hands constantly, so they get really dry, but this product is amazing! It completely eliminates that tight, parched feeling and leaves my hands feeling soft and hydrated. I'm absolutely loving it! I wish the price were a bit lower, to be honest. I'm also disappointed that the container is aluminum instead of something else.

The price is pretty steep, and honestly there are so many other great hand creams out there these days that I'm thinking about switching. Finally found relief for my finger eczema that no other cream could tackle. If I really had to nitpick, the absorption isn't quite as fast as I'd hoped.

I've become a loyal user! I've tried other L'Occitane hand creams where the fragrance is lovely but the hydration falls short, or vice versa where it's moisturizing but the scent isn't quite right. This one strikes the perfect balance, so I'm absolutely thrilled with it! I actually make a point of buying the larger size from duty-free because I use it so regularly. I can't really think of any downsides. The only thing is that the fragrance projects quite noticeably, so people definitely know when you've applied hand cream.
