The scent is lovely and it applies so smoothly with a moisturizing feel. I've been using it for my keratosis pilaris, Everything about it is great, but the only downside seems to be the price. The texture is surprisingly lightweight and comfortable. Even when I apply it quickly after washing my hands, it doesn't feel sticky or slippery. What I love most is that it has a clean, refined feel while still delivering excellent hydration. Because it has a richer consistency, it doesn't spread as smoothly as I'd like. It might feel a bit heavy during the summer months. I sometimes mix it with a lighter, more fluid moisturizing emulsion to get the best of both worlds. It's an emulsion, but it's surprisingly rich and creamy just like a cream product, and true to its name, it's luxuriously nourishing—I absolutely recommend it for anyone with dry skin. The scent had me wondering if it was milk-based given the white color, but it's actually a subtle jasmine fragrance. It feels incredibly moisturizing, gives a beautiful shine, and the benefits last all day. Thanks to its rich, nourishing formula, it works wonderfully on hair too and helps enhance curl definition. Try using it in place of a curl cream. There's really nothing negative to say—I love it. I absolutely love the shea butter scent from L'Occitane. I use body emulsion mainly for the fragrance and moisturizing benefits, and this product completely delivers on the scent front. While shea butter can feel a bit heavy during summer, this one isn't as intense as you'd expect, so I use it year-round without hesitation. The application is smooth and easy, and there's no sticky residue after application. The price point is a consideration, and the pump isn't particularly sturdy. Compared to other body emulsions that emphasize additional benefits, the moisturizing power is slightly less impressive, though I think most people would find it satisfactory. I love the scent - it has this lovely powdery soap fragrance. Even though I don't usually go for this type of scent, it lingers subtly in the most pleasant way. The texture isn't runny, but it's nicely lightweight, glides on smoothly, and absorbs quickly. After application, my skin feels hydrated and soft, and I really appreciate that there's barely any greasy residue left on my hands. When I first apply it, the fragrance is quite strong, and it really lingers on my hands afterward. Since my skin tends to break out when I use products with shea butter, I completely avoided applying it to my neck, back, and chest areas. The formula does feel a bit oily, though I suppose that's typical for a body product. It feels like a lightweight body emulsion that's perfect for spring and fall, but I don't think it would be enough moisture for winter.

The application is so smooth and effortless, it absorbs beautifully into the skin, and my complexion feels silky soft right away. The scent is wonderful too~ I haven't experienced any irritation or breakouts from using it on my body. Since it comes in a pump bottle, you do need to be careful about controlling the amount you dispense each time.

The moisturizing power is impressive, and the fragrance is absolutely lovely. I really can't think of any downsides.
