I picked this up while traveling in Europe because I needed a cleanser in a pinch, and it's become my holy grail product that I keep stocked and use regularly. It removes even heavy makeup without any irritation, and my skin doesn't feel dry afterward. I've tried expensive cleansers at department stores before, but this one delivers a feeling I never got from those products. The scent isn't harsh, and while you can wipe it off with a tissue, just rinsing with water leaves your skin feeling fresh and clean.
For eye makeup, I'd definitely recommend using a separate makeup remover.
After dermatology treatments or when it's difficult to wash with water, I use a cleansing milk or micellar water with a cotton pad to wipe my skin, then go over it once more with a cleansing water before bed. With this routine, I don't have to worry about milia or breakouts.
