I had severe dermatitis, and my skin was so reactive that even applying emulsion would sting. I could only rinse with water for the longest time. This cleanser was the only one I could use without irritation. I tested so many cleansers back then, but this was the only one that didn't cause discomfort. Other products either stung terribly, left my face red and inflamed after cleansing, or triggered serious breakouts due to my sensitive skin. Even now, as a result of that dermatitis, I can't use soap cleansers or exfoliants. This product feels like a lifesaver to me. Whenever my dermatitis flares up or my skin condition takes a turn for the worse, I reach for this. I feel anxious without it. For about a year or two, I didn't wear makeup at all and only used a washable sunscreen with this cleanser. My skin barrier improved so much during that time. It's also wonderful as a morning cleanser. The trade-off is that the cleansing power is quite weak. It doesn't remove foundation, cushion compacts, or mineral sunscreen effectively. If I only use this for a few days, things don't get cleaned off properly, and I often find residue left on my face. Once my skin started getting stronger, I began alternating this with a more powerful cleanser. Now that my skin has improved significantly, I've switched to other cleansing products. There's also a noticeable alcohol scent, though it doesn't cause irritation. Definitely buy this directly from overseas. 150ml for around 20,000 won. Purchased from an international shopping site. Fragrance-free and safe for pregnant women. I noticed some whiteheads on my cheeks and around my mouth, with occasional breakouts popping up here and there. However, I haven't experienced any major skin troubles while using it. It removes makeup gently without irritation, and I love how my skin feels hydrated and refreshed after cleansing The purchasing process is inconvenient. To be honest, Bioderma's cleansing milk is much better in every way - it cleanses more effectively and performs better overall. I'd recommend getting that instead Skip this one and go for Bioderma instead
