I was honestly surprised by this sun cushion! The coverage and staying power are both excellent, and it's perfect for going foundation-free when your skin is acting up. I think it's a great option for students too. They said this essence sun cushion would be great for winter, but I'm not so sure about that. It didn't feel hydrating at all—it was actually quite matte. Plus, after a while it started to separate a little on my skin.

Even if you have dry skin, as long as you keep up with your skincare routine, you can totally wear this through winter! The coverage is seriously impressive for a sun cushion. If you have sensitive skin, I'd definitely skip this one. Even though my skin isn't particularly sensitive, I noticed some breakouts appearing. This is supposedly a sun cushion??? Honestly, it's not. The coverage is basically the same as a regular cushion, so skip the powder foundation. The staying power is actually really good though, and it feels so hydrating and dewy. There's nothing bad about it. The shade is one level lighter than my skin tone, and the adhesion is solid. My skin type is dry and sensitive, and I only get breakouts during my period. Once I started using this cushion, I couldn't go back to other cushions. Plus, it applies a bit too heavily. I have dry skin and I'm so happy this doesn't oxidize or turn orange! I've tried several cushions before, but this one is definitely my favorite. Love it! I have combination skin and I absolutely love this! The coverage is fantastic, it looks so natural on my skin, and it lasts all day long. It's just perfect! I'm definitely recommending this to everyone. The downside is that it's really not water-resistant at all. Even a little bit of water and it starts to come off. Definitely not recommended if you're planning to go to a water park or anywhere near water. Use a little bit at a time - a little goes a long way.

The coverage is just okay, nothing special, and while it's not terrible, I keep running into the same issue. Even when I apply it thin and build it up gradually, it clumps and sits unevenly on my skin. At this point, it could be my skin type or just my application technique, so I can't completely blame the product. But here's the real problem: the oil control is honestly nonexistent. It doesn't feel like it's actually adhering to my skin properly. It has this floating, disconnected feeling, if that makes sense. I hate to waste it, so I'm just using it anyway, even though I'm not thrilled about it. The oiliness is absolutely unreal. And even after I set it with powder, it still wears away so easily. I have combination skin and this product feels so light and comfortable to use. It worked wonderfully for me during the summer months. When I used it, I noticed some slight transfer, so setting powder is definitely a must-have step for me.

I have combination skin with a lot of acne marks, and the coverage is genuinely incredible. What really amazes me is that it doesn't feel heavy like a typical cushion foundation at all. It feels like it's infused with essence. Since it's a sun cushion, I don't have that usual worry about looking like I'm wearing too much product. The puff isn't great. The design is pretty clunky too, so it's awkward to carry around. You know those flower-shaped water drop puffs from The Saem? Can a sun cushion really have this amazing coverage? I'm absolutely blown away by how well it covers! The cushion texture is so bouncy and perfect - it's exactly my style. The adhesion is fantastic too! If you're hesitating because of the design, please don't worry. Honestly, the packaging doesn't matter at all! The wear time is a bit short. Once I got past fourth period at school, it started breaking down. You'll definitely need to use a setting spray!
