It doesn't break down and applies so smoothly and perfectly to my skin. Even without a primer, the staying power is impressive, but when I use it with a primer, my skin looks freshly done all day long. No creasing, no messy breakdown, just a beautiful, clean complexion that lasts for hours. I have to say, I usually just cycle through cushions people gift me and rarely buy my own, but I'm definitely repurchasing this one when it runs out! For reference, I have combination skin that's oily in some areas but dehydrated in others. I'm so happy with this product! What could be better Honestly, I haven't found any real downsides yet and I'm really enjoying using it!

During summer, my skin gets a bit darker and shifts to shade 22, so I chose beige to match that. The back of my hand seems to be around shade 22. From my personal experience, Korean beauty products tend to come out noticeably brighter compared to international brands. What I mean is, shade 21 doesn't necessarily match my actual skin tone—it feels more like shade 21 is designed to give a brighter, lifted effect. When I tested different finishes at the store, the vanilla in shade 21 looked about half a shade lighter, the petal matched shade 21 perfectly, and the beige seemed closer to shade 22. When applied, it feels more like a creamy mousse foundation rather than a typical cushion. I'd describe it as matte yet moisturized. I think it's perfect for summer use. Since it has a powdery finish, I'd recommend prepping your skin with a primer or prep product to smooth out texture and add hydration beforehand—that really makes a difference. I noticed that if you only layer matte base and foundation products during summer, your skin can actually look patchy and disconnected. So I always make sure to use a base product with good adhesion first, then layer my foundation or cushion on top. There's nothing disappointing about it. There's nothing disappointing about it.
