This is definitely a signature product from Lush, so I decided to try it myself. I've been using it for about 2 months, roughly twice a week. True to its name, this mask pack delivers a refreshing mint shower to your skin. With peppermint oil in the formula, you get an instant cooling effect that really kicks in the moment you apply it. On days when your skin feels heated or congested with excess oil, it feels absolutely refreshing and clarifying. The mint ingredient melts away sebum deep in your pores and lowers your skin temperature, which really helps calm redness too. Plus, with so many natural ingredients, the scent isn't irritating at all, and the thick, creamy texture feels wonderful as it glides onto your skin. It's perfect for managing oily T-zones and the area around your chin during summer. Even after just one use, you can feel your skin texture improving. With consistent use, your skin becomes noticeably smoother and your pores appear more refined. The natural ingredients mean the shelf life is pretty short. If you check the expiration date in the photos, it's really limited. Since you should use it within 3-4 months of opening, buying a larger size creates pressure to finish it before it expires, which can be stressful. Also, because there are scrub particles in the formula, if you rub too vigorously, people with sensitive skin might experience irritation. It's especially best to avoid using it right after treatments or on days when your skin is feeling reactive. One more thing—if you look at the last photo, when you apply it with your fingers, the particles get stuck under your nails. If you have long nails, this could be inconvenient since the particles don't wash out easily. I'd recommend using a spatula instead. When rinsing, gently massage in circular motions with your fingertips, working out the particles like little beans to get the scrubbing benefits too. During summer, I like to chill it in the fridge for a bit before applying—the cooling effect doubles, which is amazing on hot days when your skin is producing excess oil. I use it about twice a week, especially concentrating on it during the week before and after my period when oil production increases. But as the weather's been getting colder, I used it yesterday and my face felt quite cold afterward. I'm curious if it'll be comfortable to use in the middle of winter. I received this as a gift and have been using it. After my first application, my skin felt incredibly soft and smooth—I was really impressed! The scent is lovely too. My skin is combination and gets dry in winter, plus it changes with the seasons. It's sensitive, and sometimes gets flaky when it's really irritated. My face tends to run warm. The formula has that wash-off mask texture you'd expect, but it's different from the wash-off masks sold at other beauty retailers. It doesn't harden up stiffly, so I don't worry about creasing. During summer when I was dealing with heat and those pesky little bumps, I used this together with the beauty sleep mask shown in the photo, and it really helped calm down the congestion and redness on my sensitive skin. The price is the only downside. If you're someone who can't tolerate mint, I'd suggest skipping this one since it contains mint. Mint is in the formula. It lives up to its reputation! This product is fantastic for controlling shine and exfoliating dead skin cells. My only complaint is that it strips away too much oil, which actually backfires the next day. My skin gets really dry and then overproduces oil to compensate. Oily skin type. I'm using this as an exfoliant and it's fantastic for cooling down and reducing that uncomfortable heat feeling. There's really nothing disappointing about it. For Dry and Sensitive Skin This is Lush's famous mask! I decided to try it out because of all the buzz, and honestly, it lives up to the hype. After using it, my skin feels incredibly smooth and looks noticeably clearer and more radiant. It can feel a bit intense and potentially irritating to some. I did deduct a star because of the price point, but honestly... if you set aside the cost, I think everyone should give this a try at least once.

This product worked wonderfully for controlling oil and removing dead skin cells. I really loved how it made my pores feel tighter and more refined. I've been using this product as my go-to sheet mask, and I'm really happy with it. I love the scent of the mask itself, and I especially appreciate that it's a rinse-off formula rather than a leave-on type. From the very first use, after washing it off, I noticed an amazing cooling sensation and my skin felt so much smoother. I was genuinely impressed. It really does help bring down skin heat and is fantastic for pore care. I'm definitely planning to keep using this regularly.
