I used this while in Europe and had no scalp issues whatsoever. The cleansing power is excellent, and it worked great even when used on its own. When using it alone, on dry days I had to spray an additional hair serum to get the results I wanted. I'd recommend picking up the treatment bar that Lush sells as well and using it together. This seems really great for sensitive skin! It cleanses thoroughly and leaves my skin feeling squeaky clean and refreshed. The scent isn't my favorite - it smells kind of like cola to me. I was struggling with seborrheic scalp inflammation and significant hair loss. Because of the hair loss and seborrheic scalp issues, I used a product called Fair Trade Honey from Lush. While it worked well, the price was absolutely outrageous, so I started looking for alternatives and found this product. I chose this one because it's supposed to be especially good for hair loss, but it actually cleared up my seborrheic scalp inflammation too. Even after just a week of use, I can visibly see that my hair is shedding noticeably less. One bottle lasts about two months, which is great value for a Lush product. The price point is really reasonable, and the results are fantastic. The scent is really not my thing... But the fragrance is bearable enough because my hair is definitely shedding less. If you rinse thoroughly and dry your hair well after using it, the product lasts even longer.

I'd recommend this to anyone dealing with seborrheic scalp issues. The lather is decent, though the scent is pretty neutral. Not really any downsides to mention. I'm actually glad they removed that waxy residue that used to bother me before the reformulation. If you have seborrheic scalp issues and are looking for a solid shampoo bar, I'd definitely suggest giving this a try. It doesn't completely eliminate the itching, but honestly, it's hard to find a shampoo bar this effective.
