After taking it consistently, I genuinely feel lighter and more energized. What I love most is the convenience - I only need to take one pouch before bed each day. Plus, it's packed with essential nutrients like vitamins, selenium, and pantothenic acid, so I'm getting comprehensive nutritional support. The individual pouch packaging makes it super easy to carry around too. The only downside is that each serving contains three pills, which feels like a lot to swallow at once. There's also a slight medicinal smell to the tablets that takes a bit of getting used to.
