The formula has a thin, runny consistency that leaves a slightly sticky feel right after application, and the absorption is a bit slow. Once it fully absorbs, it finishes with a powdery texture. I'd recommend this for combination skin during seasonal changes and oily skin in winter, but not for dry or sensitive skin types. I experienced severe dehydration, and when I woke up the morning after using it in the evening, my skin broke out significantly, so I stopped using it. When I did a patch test on the inside of my arm, it was already stinging and turned red, so I anticipated some irritation. When you get this kind of reaction, you shouldn't use it on your face. I only tested it because I like to be thorough with product reviews. I retested it about three times, but got the same negative reaction both times, so I ended up discontinuing both products. The scent is herbal, and since the full ingredient list contains rosewood oil and rosemary leaf oil, sensitive skin types should be aware of potential allergic reactions. Since this contains bakuchiol, please start with a small amount and gradually increase usage.
