I have combination skin that's quite sensitive. I was worried that even a little extra oil might trigger breakouts, but this absorbs beautifully without causing any irritation. When my skin looks dull, this really brings back that healthy glow! No matter how careful I am, oil keeps seeping out around the bottle opening, making the entire container feel slick and greasy. I have to wipe it down constantly, which is pretty frustrating. I honestly can't find anything positive about this product. There's really nothing good to say. I had such high hopes when I bought this, but it's completely wrong for my skin. After one night, I woke up with my face bright red and incredibly itchy. I'm in my early-to-mid forties, and my skin isn't particularly dry, so I barely have any wrinkles. But since this is a water-based formula, I applied it generously, and within an hour it felt extremely parched. It was even drier than the essence I use in summer. It literally felt like I was just splashing water on my face. I reapplied it several times, but the formula is basically pure water toner, so it runs out incredibly fast. There's no glow or radiance whatsoever. Plus, because it's a slippery water-based texture, it easily drips into your eyes when you apply it, and when it does get in your eyes, it stings like crazy. I think this might work okay for people in their twenties or early thirties with naturally clear skin and no dryness issues. But if you're in your late thirties or forties, I'd skip this one. There's no reason to buy it. Just 3-4 drops create a beautiful protective veil over your skin, and I'm loving how it feels. I haven't noticed firming or brightening results yet, but the texture is absolutely lovely. Just remember, it still has that oil feel to it, so don't overdo it. Make sure your skin is hydrated first, then apply just 4 drops and gently pat it in with a light touch. If you have oily skin, use just one drop on each cheek. For dry skin, go with 4 drops. Since most of you are probably using a moisturizer anyway, this gives you that extra nourishing boost in smaller amounts. If I see firming results, I'll definitely come back and update this review.
