I picked this up on a department store employee's recommendation, and I love that I can use it as both a mist and primer in one step. The makeup staying power and hydration are both excellent, so it's easy to use without any issues! Department store mists are all so pricey these days, but I appreciate that I could grab this at a relatively reasonable price. I've been using it consistently and haven't experienced any breakouts. Plus, it has a lock function, so there's no leaking during travel! I was a bit disappointed with the spray strength. Since it doesn't mist evenly across the board, you have to be careful when applying it. I love that it works as a mist too! It feels so hydrating and the cooling effect is just right It's supposed to be a setting spray, but I didn't really feel like it was setting my makeup... I've been using this product for 6 years now. At first, I'd spray it as a final makeup setting step, but I discovered that spraying it after my skincare routine and before applying foundation works so much better. It creates a flawless base and significantly improves makeup longevity. The spray application could be better. While it seems to distribute evenly, it sometimes feels like droplets are hitting my face rather than creating a fine mist. I have to work quickly when applying foundation after spraying, or else it dries down and becomes difficult to blend. If you spray this after completing your skincare routine and before starting your makeup application, your foundation applies beautifully and adheres much better.

Spray this before and after makeup, then gently tap it in with your fingers or a beauty sponge to set everything in place—it's absolutely amazing for keeping your makeup locked down all day! I personally love a matte finish, and even during summer, if I spray this setting spray before and after, then layer on foundation and powder, my makeup genuinely stays put from morning to night! It really depends on your individual skin, but I spent a whole hot day outside wearing a mask, and after doing a hydrating skincare routine followed by toner, setting spray, foundation, setting spray again, and powder, everything stayed so clean and flawless—even under the mask, I didn't need a single touch-up. Seriously, my makeup looked fresh from sunrise to sunset without any midday fixes. Even when a little shine came through, it looked smooth and polished, so I didn't need to reapply anything! Everyone talks about the spray strength, and honestly, I'm not sure if I can transfer it to another container, so I just use it as is. Sometimes it works great, but other times it kind of sputters out, so I just spray from a distance and then use an air puff to pat and blend it out. Even with these quirks, it's still worth repurchasing! You can tap it in with your hands before makeup too, but personally, I found it easier to use an air puff and gently press it in. I love the pleasant fragrance and the unique packaging design. The spray application is incredibly even and consistent. The formula isn't particularly impressive, and the price point is quite steep. This product holds up beautifully and keeps skin feeling hydrated and perfectly mattified. It controls oil really well. When my skin feels dry, I love using this instead of powder—it works wonderfully for that. The only downside is that the spray has a narrow coverage area and tends to come out in clumps.

The original formula didn't have this issue. Once I finish this bottle, I'm definitely going back to the original

Since this type of look tends to fade quickly in summer, I started using this to keep my makeup from breaking down throughout the day. The setting spray does its job well enough, nothing special. I've used it without any major complaints, but I wouldn't expect it to be a miracle worker that keeps your makeup completely intact all day. It's better than not using anything, so that's why I use it. I don't think I'll repurchase though. Honestly, there are so many better setting sprays out there in the market. The spray application is absolutely terrible, like someone's spitting directly on your face. Someone said it's like a camel spitting, and honestly, that's not even an exaggeration. It's that bad. I seriously wanted to spray a whole bottle of this on the person who created it. The spray mechanism is just awful. I could've used this money to buy Urban Decay or other domestic brands that have way better spray application and actually hold your makeup in place. That's why I'm giving it two stars.
