The coverage is medium to full with excellent adherence, and it's so lightweight that even oily skin types can wear it comfortably. This formula has more hydration than oil, which makes it feel really fresh! I'd recommend this for anyone with a healthy, balanced complexion! I'm not sure how it performs on troubled skin, but if you apply it too heavily, it can look thick and cakey, which is a bit of a drawback for me! I suggest using a spatula to apply thin, layered coats for the best results!!

I was searching everywhere for a dry foundation and couldn't find one, so I switched to MAC and I have zero regrets. The product gives you so much coverage! This dewy foundation is absolutely worth recommending. When you use this product, pair it with MAC serum or make sure your base isn't heavy and feels hydrating and moisturizing. This serum foundation feels incredibly hydrating, and my skin feels so comfortable underneath. Even if the surface gets a bit textured... I ordered this after seeing it recommended on YouTube and hearing it won first place in a blind test for hydrating foundations. I had such high hopes, but I'm not sure if it's just me—the foundation just won't stay put. My skin has some visible pores, and no matter what I do, the product clings to them and lifts off. I heard that serum foundations lose their grip when you use primer, so I tried applying just sunscreen underneath, but it still lifted. Even with just a color corrector, it lifted. I've tried building up my base, keeping it light, trying everything—nothing works. It just won't adhere to my skin at all. I apply it with a spatula and then tap it with a stippling sponge, but every pore shows through. I got so frustrated that I tried six different times before giving up on it completely. I've used plenty of foundations before, and with a good sponge, most of them blend in beautifully. But this is the first foundation I've ever used that won't blend, clings to my skin, and lifts like this. The wear time and color stability are also terrible. I really wish someone could share a helpful tip on how to make this actually work on the skin.

The staff member raved about how moisturizing and full-coverage it is, plus how easy it is to layer without needing any special technique, and I was totally sold and grabbed it right away!!! Here's what I thought after using it today: 1. It's so moisturizing!!! I applied this and then a thin layer of powder, and my face that's usually matte and flaky actually looks calm and dewy now!!! It has this beautiful, healthy glow! 2. The shade is perfect! It's not too yellow and not too red at all—just a really balanced, neutral yellow undertone. Everyone complimented how natural my complexion looked! 3. The coverage is amazing!!! My face has a lot of acne scars and active breakouts scattered around, but somehow this moisturizing formula just covers everything so well... I was honestly shocked! The staying power was great too. I was in the car, out in the sun, sweating from the heat, and there was zero creasing or fading! I have a feeling I'm going to absolutely love using this throughout the winter! The opening is directly exposed to the outside air and there's no cap, so it's a bit concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I like to apply it in two thin layers! And today I dabbed it on with my fingers like I was applying a tinted moisturizer, and it blended out so smoothly. When I use my fingers to apply it, it actually gives me even more of that dewy finish!
