I purchased this in May and have been using it ever since! Since my lips tend to be on the dry side, I specifically chose this moisturizing lip from the MAC collection. The color is a vibrant rose tone that's perfect for everyday wear without feeling too bold. The color payoff is true to what you see in the product, and because it's formulated with hydrating ingredients, it feels incredibly comfortable when applied to the lips. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who struggles with dry lips! The compact size fits perfectly in your hand and is super convenient to carry around wherever you go. My skin tone is cool-toned for summer, and I typically gravitate toward colors between deep undertone and true shades. I'm currently using Hera cushion shade 13, and when I layer this lip on top, it looks natural and doesn't clash at all. If you have fair skin, this is such a universally flattering, natural shade that I'd recommend it as a daily staple. Since this is a glossy formula, the longevity is a bit disappointing. After eating, you'll definitely need to reapply it carefully, and it doesn't leave any staining. That said, if you're someone who doesn't mind being a little diligent and checks the mirror frequently throughout the day, you shouldn't have any issues making this work for you. Like all lip products, proper lip exfoliation is essential. Personally, I find that applying the MAC Lip Plumper first, then layering this on top, gives the most beautiful finish. The moisturizing yet plump feeling is absolutely wonderful! The formula glides on so smoothly and doesn't feel heavy or matte. It works beautifully with my light, neutral skin tone. I've been using it for about a year now! It's supposed to be coral, but it pulls pink on my lips, which is disappointing. The formula also tends to clump and feel patchy on my lips. The color doesn't last very long either. I usually stick to coral lip shades, but I decided to try this one and I was pleasantly surprised by how beautifully it applied! Even though my lips have a bit of natural color, this shade came out as such a lovely, natural pink. The color payoff was really impressive. It seems to melt away pretty quickly on me. The color itself is perfect for everyday wear. Once applied smoothly, it gives you a natural, radiant finish with a sophisticated tone. The application is really nice and easy. Also, it's hard to find complementary shades that pair well with this color from what I have in my collection. Just a light swipe gives your lips a naturally tinted appearance. The way it applies is so smooth! The color is absolutely gorgeous. I'd recommend this to anyone with fair or soft undertones. Shade 22 feels kind of lukewarm and muddy. My lips turned orange-toned, and it left a weird white cast. I bought this because it was supposed to be a go-to brown shade, but wow, it applies with such a bright, almost neon finish that it's way too intense for me.
