When I apply a lip base first and then layer this shade using a gradient technique, it looks so much prettier and applies so smoothly. Perfect for cool undertones! If you have a summer cool tone, I'd suggest applying it lightly and creating a gradient effect. For winter cool tones, you can go for a full lip look and it'll still look gorgeous. The shade sits right between a blue-toned red and pink – it's actually pinker than Ruby Ubo. Honestly, there's nothing I'd complain about! If you're someone who loves a glossy finish, you might find the matte texture a bit disappointing, but that's easily fixed by layering a lip balm on top. This lip color has a powdery finish with a gorgeous blend of hot pink and red. When you apply it lightly, it leans more toward pink, but build it up and you'll get that true red vibe. I'd recommend this for summer cool tones and winter bright undertones. Even if you have a deep undertone, if your skin is on the lighter side, this is definitely worth trying when you're craving that cool-toned lip look! Since I have a winter cool deep undertone with deeper skin, this shade just didn't work for me. It tends to fade pretty easily when I eat or drink, so I found myself reapplying constantly. This is absolutely perfect for cool summer skin tones... The lip color payoff is noticeably richer and more saturated compared to the Mandarin shade from the same line. I'm genuinely thrilled with this product and use it constantly. A beautiful cool-toned red-pink with blue undertones that works beautifully for both cool summer and cool winter skin tones. The formula glides on so smoothly and effortlessly that I find myself reaching for it all the time. The compact case has a lovely, velvety finish. This melts in the summer heat, which is disappointing. The surface gets slightly compromised from the warmth. The case gets dirty quite easily, similar to how powder blushes tend to show marks and dust. For cool summer skin tones, I'd recommend applying it with a lighter hand for a more delicate finish. For cool winter skin tones, you can build up the color intensity for a bolder look.

I apply it with a brush using just a small amount, and the staying power is seriously impressive I think longevity is really important for a lipstick, so there's nothing major to complain about. If I had to nitpick, it's that it leaves a slight orange tint? But honestly, since I just reapply it throughout the day, it's not really a big deal for me
