This salmon-toned lipstick has a lot of white undertones that really show through. It settles into fine lines around my lips quite a bit. The color is absolutely gorgeous! I was diagnosed with a deep undertone and light skin tone, and I've found that when I gently tap this on instead of rubbing it, it blends beautifully with my complexion. It tends to settle into the fine lines on my lips. I'm also worried about it melting during the summer if I carry it around.

Bright coral packed with luminous shimmer. This shade is absolutely stunning on deep undertones and really brings out the best in that skin tone. It's quite drying and can settle into fine lines, so you'll need to prep and moisturize your lips well before applying.

You really need to apply a hydrating lip color underneath first, or it won't look right. Skip the basic lip base and go for a moisturizing, sheer lip product first, then dab this in the center as a highlight. Chanel Rouge Coco Baume Flash 60 plus Sushi Kiss is the perfect pairing for that fresh salmon lip look. The Baume Flash 60 on the upper part of your lips gives an orange-toned warmth, while Sushi Kiss on the lower part creates the blend. The color is absolutely gorgeous! I bought this because it's such a famous spring essential, and I was convinced it would be perfect for my spring collection. That said, I'm wondering if it could work as a more muted tone too—it doesn't go quite as neutral as I was hoping, but it's still beautiful. The texture feels like a crayon, which isn't ideal. If your lips aren't in perfect condition, this shade really emphasizes any dry patches or flaking, just like you can see in the photos. If you're not a spring tone person, I'd suggest applying this as a gradient or using it as a lip base rather than a full coverage look. That way, you'll get much better results!

I discovered that not all coral lipsticks are created equal. When I wear this one, everyone compliments how beautiful it looks on me. Even though my complexion isn't particularly fair, this shade works wonderfully for me. My holy grail is A36. I also bought the Sushikiss AA6 to compare, and here's what I found: A36 has a pink-toned coral, while AA6 leans more toward an orange-toned coral. When applied, the lipstick makes my lips appear slightly plump and really stands out, which looks surprisingly beautiful. There's a subtle difference: A36 makes my face look brighter and more radiant, while AA6 doesn't have the same effect. The Sushikiss A36 lipstick might look muted in the tube, but once applied, it creates a dramatic effect on both the lips and face. Despite being a delicate shade, I absolutely love it. The photo shows A36 on the left and AA6 on the right. This detailed color review is for fellow Sushikiss fans like me. Product naming: True Even though the products have the same name, the colors are clearly different. Finding a bright, high-luminosity lipstick these days is truly rare! If you have deep undertones and prefer lighter shades, this one is incredibly versatile—wear it solo for a fresh look or layer it as a base for deeper lip colors. MAC lipsticks in general can be hit or miss, and this one didn't deliver on quality. This formula is really demanding when it comes to lip condition. Your lips need to be in absolutely perfect shape for it to apply smoothly. If you have deep undertones, grab this right now! I especially recommend it for those with deep undertones who can also pull off brighter shades beautifully. The formula isn't powdery at all—it feels moisturizing and comfortable on the skin. The downside is that it's a bit pricey. Since drugstore brands don't carry this shade, there's no affordable alternative that matches it.
