It doesn't leave me looking overly pale, and it's just light enough for a quick day out. I really love that about it! Most tinted sunscreens tend to feel dry when you first apply them, or even if the application feels smooth at first, they become patchy over time, so I rarely use them. But this product feels hydrated right from the first application and doesn't get streaky as time goes on, which is amazing. The formula is also gentle, so it doesn't have that typical sunscreen feeling of tightness that you usually get when you first apply it. If you're looking for that characteristic powdery, matte finish that tinted creams or physical sunscreens give you, this product isn't the right choice for you. That said, since I wasn't specifically looking for that effect when I bought it, I'm still happy with it. You'll have better success with this product if you think of it as a sunscreen with a subtle brightening effect rather than a tinted cream that also happens to have sun protection.

This one comes in the cutest milk-bottle packaging and it's a tone-up sunscreen. The formula is packed with milk protein just like the packaging suggests, so it hydrates your skin and helps smooth out rough texture. It has an emulsion-like consistency that feels really dewy, and once you apply it, your skin gets this gorgeous luminous glow. It works beautifully as a glowing base before makeup too! Since it gives you a natural tone-up effect, I think it's going to be super handy for applying to your body and neck area. I grabbed this at the launch price and it's such a steal! Since it's a tone-up sunscreen, it does give a subtle brightening effect. My skin looks so clean and even that I can honestly just apply this and head out without worrying about blemishes. The formula is lightweight and not at all drying, and I really love how subtle and understated the scent is. It does have a slight brightening effect, but it's not really practical to wear on its own instead of foundation when I'm going out. When I tested it on my dry hand without any other products, it absorbed beautifully and felt really hydrating. The problem is that once I apply my skincare routine and then this sunscreen on my face, it absorbs slowly and ends up looking overly shiny and glossy rather than that dewy glow you want. My makeup also seems to shift a bit, and if I use just a tiny amount to avoid the shine, I'm worried it won't provide enough sun protection. I think this would work better if I use it as a body sunscreen or during the dry winter months.
