It applies smoothly with a matte finish and looks so polished. It's super convenient to carry around. The shade is more natural than I expected, not as dark as I thought. Even though it has that matte effect, it doesn't feel dry or heavy on my skin. The refill option makes it a great value for the price. It does emphasize pores a bit. The formula has an unfamiliar texture that requires some technique and practice to apply properly.
