I saw this on YouTube and decided to buy it, and I'm really happy with how naturally it lifts and defines. That's definitely a plus for me! This product is honestly amazing. Now I totally understand why people invest in quality cosmetics. 1. Application: I expected stick foundations to be either stiff and set too quickly, or overly hydrating so they'd look great at first but disappear within 10 minutes. But this one? The texture is perfectly balanced and spreads so smoothly. It completely changed my mind about stick foundations. 2. Longevity: I thought something with such great application would break down immediately, but I was genuinely shocked. All those drugstore products I've tried that claimed to have incredible staying power? I'm getting rid of them all. This isn't even marketed as oil-control makeup, yet when it does break down, it looks like I just spritzed a dewy mist over fresh makeup. The only area that fades slightly is around my chin and nose from mask friction, but a quick touch-up fixes it. 3. Pore Coverage: My nose has seriously large pores that even YouTube would feature, so this can't cover them perfectly, but it does an amazing job on my cheeks where I have some pores. Whether I apply the stick roughly on pore-heavy areas or smooth areas, blending it with a brush gives me great coverage either way. Honestly, I might stick with this brand forever. I've tried countless cushions and BB creams from other brands, but only a couple have impressed me as much as this one (and they're all discontinued now). I don't think I'll need to buy another base product for at least a year. On days when I'm tired and have flaky skin, it's not as great. When my skin isn't in good condition, I get really bad flaking around my nose, and this product doesn't keep that area looking smooth. Other areas with minor flaking are fine, but the nose area gets patchy and tends to wear off. When I think about it, buying random products from drugstores, having them not work out, throwing them away, and buying more is basically the same cost as investing in one quality product from a premium cosmetics brand. I apply primer on the sides of my nose where I get flaking and around my smile lines where makeup tends to settle, then layer the foundation on top. I actually use Makeup Forever brushes and primer too - the whole system works together perfectly! Since I travel internationally a lot for work, I stock up every time I go abroad. You can save about 15,000 to 20,000 won per product compared to buying online, so definitely keep that in mind! Honestly, there's nothing really to complain about. Solid coverage that does the job I've been using this with a brush, and it covers minor blemishes really well. You can skip the concealer if you're lazy like me—it still looks great without it. It also hides redness beautifully, and even though my skin isn't perfect, this product makes it look so much better! The way it breaks down is actually pretty It doesn't settle into creases around my nose or clump up, which I love! When it does fade, there's no darkening, and just a quick touch-up brings it right back to looking fresh. Breakouts happen if you don't remove it properly… I know that's obvious, but the reaction seems worse than with other products I've tried. It feels like my skin gets irritated more intensely with this one. + If you can't remove your makeup for long periods (8 hours or more), I wouldn't recommend this. After using this product, I suddenly developed sensitive skin acne for the first time and had to see a dermatologist. I intentionally bought a stick foundation shade darker than my actual skin tone to use it as a contour just on the hollows of my cheeks and along the sides to make my face look more sculpted. But after using it for a couple of months, I started breaking out unexpectedly. I've never tried a foundation like this before. I barely wear makeup and prefer a natural look with just BB cream, but I still wanted to cover my freckles. This product is absolutely perfect for what I need. I don't apply it all over my face—just on the areas with freckles, along my nose bridge, between my brows, and my forehead. It gives me a dewy coverage that keeps my makeup looking naturally effortless. I really can't think of anything I'd change. I just hope you keep making great products like this and never discontinue it. You can definitely use a foundation brush with this, but if you're like me and prefer minimal makeup, try using your fingertip to gently dab it on your skin, then use a sponge to tap and blend it out.
