This multi-balm feels less sticky than others, so when I use it to touch up my makeup, my skin looks less dry and more radiant. The case design is really practical—it doesn't roll around like traditional balms, so I'm not worried about losing it if I drop it. Plus, the flat shape makes it super convenient to carry. The only minor downside is that the lid requires a bit of attention to close properly, making sure it's aligned just right. I'm not sure this product is really necessary for contouring along the jawline and sides of the face. There are probably better options out there for that specific purpose. I absolutely love the lovely rose fragrance in this product. The texture is perfect - not sticky at all, not overly slippery, just beautifully smooth. I've noticed it has a nice gua sha effect too, which is a bonus. The packaging is gorgeous, and you get a generous amount of product that really lasts. I love that this is a 2-in-1 gua sha and balm combo - it's so convenient to have everything in one product! The design is really cute too, and it's not overly sticky, which is perfect for everyday use. I don't have major complaints, but honestly, the balm does have a slightly tacky feel to it - that's just the nature of the formula. It's less sticky than other products out there, but it's definitely not completely residue-free. Keep this on your nightstand and apply it before bed. I wouldn't recommend using it during the day because it can make your hair stick to it, which gets pretty messy.
