I have a habit of furrowing my brow, so I was skeptical at first about trying this before deep wrinkles set in, but it really does work. When I wear it, my forehead stays smooth and the product holds everything firmly in place. The adhesion is excellent, and since I apply it at night, I barely notice it's there. I'm really happy with it. The only downside is that the results don't last forever. Once I go about my day, the wrinkles start to come back. Still, I keep using it to at least slow down how quickly new lines form.
