You apply it by sticking it on your skin. Though I'm honestly not sure if it actually works. The adhesion is really strong - it stays put even when you move around and doesn't peel off easily. The size is bigger than I expected. Each patch is quite substantial. When I use this, I break out in acne. In that area... I absolutely love how lightweight and non-dripping this formula is - it gives me complete freedom of movement and covers such a generous area. Compared to other products, the adhesion is fantastic and stays put all night long. I apply it before bed and it's still perfectly in place when I wake up in the morning. The soft texture feels really comfortable against the skin with minimal irritation. I apply it before bed and it seems to work efficiently while I sleep. I wish there was more product coverage for the nasolabial folds and forehead areas - having a more generous amount would make it even better.
