It's not heavy at all, so it works great for adults too. My body skin tends to be dry, and both my child and I use it without any issues. Even my newborn second baby is using it without problems. I mix it with a body lotion before applying, and it really boosts the moisturizing power. The formula is so clean and straightforward that I think people of all ages will be able to use it without any concerns. The heavy container can be inconvenient when you have oil on your hands. The calendula has a distinctive scent that might make you hesitant to use it. While calendula is supposed to soothe sensitive skin and all that, I honestly can't tell if it actually does anything in that regard. It's simply a mild and gentle body oil that babies can use too, and that's really all there is to it.
