Unlike typical skincare products, it doesn't have that strong artificial fragrance, and it doesn't absorb instantly. You do need to spend a bit more time massaging or gently tapping it in compared to other products, but once you use it consistently, you'll notice your skin becomes noticeably more balanced and calm. 1. You can get it for around 16,000 won if you order directly from abroad. Since shipping costs about 10,000 won, I usually stock up on several bottles at once. 2. It's incredibly hydrating! It feels like applying honey to your skin! I have combination skin, and the eye area gets so moisturized that I worry about milia forming, so I apply just a little there and use a generous amount on the rest of my face and neck. It's so hydrating that you really don't need expensive department store skincare products! Once it absorbs, there's barely any stickiness. In the morning, my skin feels soft and hydrated. I think people with very dry skin will absolutely love this, and my mom is obsessed with it too—she uses it every single day. She says some of her fine lines are actually fading! 3. The ingredients are really excellent. There are no harmful ingredients at all. 4. The scent is naturally subtle and pleasant. 5. The container is ceramic, so there's no worry about harmful chemicals leaching into the product. 1. You have to order it from abroad. 2. Perfect for dry skin! This product is quite rich, so I only apply it in the evening before bed. I wouldn't recommend it for those with oily skin. When I wake up in the morning, my skin feels hydrated and incredibly soft. The ingredients are wonderful, so I've been using this every winter. This isn't a lightweight formula that absorbs quickly - it's quite nourishing and takes time to sink in. Plus, it's free from harmful ingredients, so it's truly a win-win situation! Even the slightest contact with your hair can be problematic. If it touches your hair at all, your hair ends up looking weighed down and flat. Make sure to pull your hair back securely before applying, and then quickly layer on sunscreen or cushion on top to avoid any mishaps. This product is incredibly rich and luxurious. All products from this brand have that luxe feel and gentle formula, but the shea butter line is especially mild and soothing. When my skin was acting up and nothing else seemed to work, this was the only product I could rely on. It's especially wonderful during the winter months. The oil content is natural, but it's quite potent, so you might find it a bit heavy to use during the morning hours. Also, if you have sensitive skin or tend to break out from lanolin, you'd probably want to skip this one.
