When I apply this mask and rinse it off with water, I love how it feels so refreshing as it deeply removes all that buildup from my pores. Since it's a rinse-off mask, it's a bit of a hassle to use, I won't lie. I was already using the Marienmei Rose Wash-Off Mask regularly, so I decided to try another product from the same brand out of curiosity. When I first opened it, there was a distinctive scent, and unlike the Rose product, this one doesn't seem to have those grainy particles or bits in it. I initially thought it was just a mud-like mask, but it definitely has product inside. There's no irritation or uncomfortable feeling, and after cleansing, my face feels calm and soothed rather than experiencing any dramatic effects. The herbal scent is just okay compared to the Rose version. I deducted a star because the Rose product outshines it. If someone asked me which one to buy between the two, I'd go for the Rose one. Since the Rose mask has hyaluronic acid and feels hydrating, this one feels more like a traditional mud mask rather than deeply moisturizing. This product contains cica and tea tree ingredients, which seem really great for soothing and calming the skin There's nothing I dislike about it, but I wish the review requirement was shorter than 20 characters. It would be nice if they made that easier

The moment you open the lid, it smells like herbs and it's so soothing right from the scent alone. The Rose and Lemon have subtle fragrances, but the Cica one smells incredible thanks to the tea tree oil (personal preference)! * Application: It looks thick, but when you spread it with a silicone spatula, it adheres beautifully to the skin. Since I prefer applying wash-off masks generously rather than thinly, I pile it on!! * I leave it on for about 5-10 minutes and then gently remove the first layer of the mask. After that, I sometimes cleanse with a sponge and sometimes just rinse with water, and both methods work great!! * After applying, thanks to the ingredients, I noticed the inflamed acne around the area calms down. Acne treatment is more about long-term care than quick fixes, so... The redness also reduces a bit, and throughout and after using the mask, my skin feels really soothed and calm. * I have absolutely no complaints about the product itself. * There's one thing I wish was different about the container: residue tends to collect inside the opening, so I have to use a silicone spatula to dig it out. I wish the body and opening were flush with each other!! (Though it's still better than a tube format.) * I've ended up using all three lines of the Marienmei wash-off mask collection! Since I rotate between them depending on my skin's needs, using masks has become part of my daily routine!! This is so similar to Lush Mag-Mint! I've also tried the Ollang sheet mask, but I found it was too irritating for my skin, so it wasn't for me. This one is much gentler and while I'm not sure about all the ingredients, the feel is comparable to Lush but at a better price point, so I'm really happy with it and keep using it! I'm not sure what the downside is, but honestly, there's more product than I expected, so I'm not sure how to store it properly? Since I have to dip my fingers in multiple times, I do worry a bit that bacteria could get in there without me realizing it, but I'm sure it'll be fine!
