I thought it might just be my imagination, but I've actually noticed the fine lines around my eyes have become less noticeable, though I wouldn't recommend using it just for that purpose. When I go to school without makeup, my classmates keep touching my face and commenting on how soft my skin feels! Since my skin is on the sensitive side, whenever I leave it on for more than 10 minutes, I feel a tightness and some heat sensation. I was worried the rose granules might irritate my skin, but they're really just decorative. There's no grittiness at all, and it applies so smoothly. If any granules remain on your face after rinsing with water, gently remove them with a cotton pad or the back of your hand instead of scratching with your nails, and you won't experience any irritation. After applying and cleansing, my complexion looks noticeably brighter, so I'd definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a brightening boost. The only downside is that it can feel drying, so follow-up skincare is a must. This formula has a dry, dense texture. I keep it in the refrigerator, and because it's quite thick, I need to warm it up gradually as I spread it across my face. At first, I didn't notice much when I rinsed it off quickly, but once I started using it for the recommended time, my skin felt so much more hydrated and moisturized. The rose petals don't rinse away easily, which means I have to scrub pretty hard to wash it off completely.

I'm so happy with it! I always stock up when it goes on sale. There's some residue left in the sink when I rinse it off... but honestly, it's not a big deal. On my at-home skincare days, I cleanse my face and apply a mask, then finish up with a shower.

While the included mini spatula works, I think you'd get much better results using a mask brush instead. The instructions don't specify an exact time, but I'd recommend keeping it on for no more than 15 minutes. I left it on for over 20 minutes, and my skin felt a bit irritated afterward. Plus, since it's a rinse-off mask, it hardens as it dries, and washing it off takes quite a bit of time and effort.
