Plus, the color isn't heavy at all—it feels so lightweight and comfortable on my skin. The only downside is that the coverage isn't as strong as I'd hoped. That was a bit disappointing for me. My skin tone shifted between shades 22 and 23, but this foundation adhered so seamlessly that it didn't cause any real issues. Because it adapts so well regardless of undertone, you don't need to overthink your shade selection. • Lightweight and thin texture: When I applied it with a Daiso spatula, it spread so smoothly and thinly. It doesn't feel heavy or suffocating at all. Even with just one thin layer, my skin looks beautifully covered. • Matte finish: The formula is matte, but it has this subtle, soft glow to it? I have oily skin and it works great for summer. My T-zone tends to get oily, but since it's not completely matte, I did need to reapply powder throughout the day during summer. • Longevity: The wear time is pretty solid. I noticed some darkening after about 6-8 hours, but it wasn't dramatic. It seems to hold up well against sweat. • Coverage: I have quite a bit of redness, so I needed to apply it about twice thinly on my cheeks to cover the redness there. For the redness around my nose, I had to apply it about three times thinly to fully conceal it. I don't usually get blemishes, so I'm not sure how well it covers those. • Shade: The color came out beautifully. Since N10 is a shade 19-21 and I'm a darker shade 21, it was a bit light for me initially. But once the darkening happened, it worked out perfectly. • Dryness: It was fine for me, but I wouldn't recommend it for those with dry skin since it has a matte finish. • Shade: It was okay for me, but for those who usually use pink-based foundations, this might lean a bit too yellow. • Coverage: Since I don't need heavy coverage, it was fine for me. I have really oily skin, and when I do a thorough skincare routine and use a setting spray, my makeup stays put all summer long without needing touch-ups. Highly recommend this for anyone with oily skin! If you skip your skincare routine, the product gets too dry and I often get flaking around my nose area. If you apply a lightweight sheet mask or essence pack to cool down your skin, then layer the product thinly multiple times with a spatula and finish with a setting spray, you'll have a flawless base even in summer. The setting is super fast and gives such a beautiful matte finish - absolutely love it! I broke out in hives just a few minutes after using it. For the price, I'm really happy with this product. I apply it by spreading a thin layer and gently tapping it in with a sponge. When you use the right technique, the coverage and finish are absolutely beautiful. My skin usually gets patchy and breaks down no matter what I use, especially around my nose, but this foundation holds up really well and doesn't settle into those problem areas. I'm genuinely satisfied with how it performs. It sets pretty quickly, so if you don't blend it fast enough, you'll see visible lines where the product meets your skin. You need to work quickly to blend it out seamlessly. Also, if you use powder with this during any season other than summer, it can feel dry and uncomfortable.

My review is based on applying one full pump across my entire face, but if you use less and apply it more thinly, you'll experience this product's incredible staying power and amazing adhesion that it's known for. Personally, I'd recommend this foundation to anyone with smooth, even skin texture and no active breakouts or deep scars. It's better suited for bold stage makeup, holiday party looks, or interview makeup rather than everyday natural coverage. With concealer-level coverage, it's perfect for important occasions and special events. When applying, it feels hydrating and dewy at first, gliding on smoothly and thinly. But after a few gentle taps, you can see it set and grip onto your skin beautifully. There's zero transfer, the adhesion is exceptional, and it doesn't budge even when you push it with your finger, crease, or when hair brushes against it. The staying power is truly impressive. There's no pore emphasis either, and overall everything performed wonderfully. The shade is labeled neutral, but it has warm undertones. I found mixing it with a pink brightener or a peachy tone worked perfectly for me. Despite its lightweight feel, the coverage is absolutely phenomenal, which means you end up with a full, polished makeup look. This is the kind of foundation you'd wear to a flight attendant interview, a wedding, or stage performances. It's honestly not ideal for everyday wear. It dries quickly, which makes application tricky, and honestly, you don't need this level of coverage and adhesion for daily life. Using this as your base automatically gives you a complete, glamorous makeup look. I've tried many highly-pigmented foundations like Double Lasting, Ink Lasting, Double Wear, and Coverlicious, but this one uniquely creates that full-glam, celebrity-makeup effect. It's different from typical base products, and the skin finish is so refined that everything else in your makeup becomes secondary. This product is challenging to apply. It dries so quickly that once it sets, there's no fixing it without starting over. You really need to work section by section with precision. The finish is extremely matte, almost like a sunscreen formula, and when I tested it with blotting paper, it showed significant oil production. It's basically identical to certain dewy products in terms of oil control. This formula characteristic actually triggered seborrheic dermatitis for me. And cleansing is incredibly difficult. Even after using cleansing water, it didn't come off properly, so I had to use oil to remove it completely. All of this seems to impact your skin barrier. Because the finish is overly powdery and opaque, textured breakouts and skin irregularities show up much more noticeably compared to other base products. I actually discovered I had texture on my right cheek for the first time after using this. I know I've only mentioned negatives, but if you have resilient skin, you'll probably love the flawless wear and superior adhesion. It seems especially great for summer. If you have sensitive skin, I'd suggest thinking it over carefully before purchasing. For mixing with BB cream, it boosts adhesion and the color looks beautiful, so that could be a good alternative use.
