That said, since it's a mist, don't expect heavy moisturizing—seriously. If you have really dehydrated skin, just spraying this alone will leave your skin feeling tight and uncomfortable. What I found works best is spraying this mist right after showering, then following up with a body lotion. The spray distributes evenly across all areas, and it covers your back beautifully too. It's fragrance-free and absorbs quickly into the skin. Since it's a mist formula, it tends to dissipate quickly. I think this would be better suited for summer use.
