This mask is absolutely packed with essence - seriously, none of it goes to waste! The scent is really pleasant too. Your skin becomes incredibly soft and smooth, like a baby's skin. If you have dry skin, I really recommend this! It's the most satisfying sheet mask in its price range. Whether it's winter or those dry spells in spring and fall when your skin feels tight and parched, this mask calms everything down right away. The only downside is I haven't been seeing it at Olive Young lately, which is frustrating. It's not being discontinued, right? I was looking for a sheet mask to try the one-mask-a-day challenge, and I kept seeing this product mentioned on YouTube and beauty platforms, plus it was always ranking high and getting buzz, so I decided to give it a try! I used it over a two-week period starting from late April. 💗 My Skin Type I have very dry, sensitive skin with some acne scarring. 1️⃣ Sheet Mask The sheet itself is incredibly thin, which means it adheres beautifully to your skin. I especially loved how the eye and mouth cutouts are generously sized, and the strategic slits throughout make it easy to smooth down tricky areas like the T-zone! 2️⃣ Essence There's seriously so much essence in this mask! Even though I have a smaller face and I apply it all over my face, neck, and shoulders, there's still plenty left over. It feels so generous, and as a customer, I absolutely love that! 3️⃣ Soothing Effect This mask surprised me with its calming benefits. I bought it hoping to improve my skin texture, but it actually soothed my skin too, which was unexpected. (I thought only certain repair masks had that soothing effect!) 4️⃣ Value for Money I really think this mask is unbeatable when it comes to value. If you catch a good sale, you can enjoy the simple pleasure of a daily mask routine at an amazing price! 1️⃣ Skin Texture Improvement (?) If you have dry skin, the essence absorbs quickly after you remove the mask, so you might feel tightness and dryness rather than improved texture. Since I have very dry skin, I noticed the essence absorbed fast after removing the mask, leaving my skin feeling parched. (This might vary from person to person.) Because my skin dried out, I didn't have enough time to really notice any texture improvement. #️⃣ For Those with Dry Skin: Moisturize Generously After Removing the Mask When I took off the mask, the essence absorbed so quickly because of my very dry skin that I felt dryness instead of that dewy feeling. I really love that even though the formula has a thicker consistency, it doesn't feel heavy on my skin at all. After using it, I can see my skin irritation and redness improve right away. There's nothing I'm really disappointed about, but if I had to pick something, I wish the formula were a bit lighter.
