You can really see your skin becoming calmer and soothed, and there's something so satisfying about applying it and peeling it off once it sets. I was hesitant about using the individual packets because they felt like such a hassle, so I decided to go for the full-size version instead. I'm so pleasantly surprised by how great it is! After application, my skin feels beautifully hydrated and has that perfect dewy finish. Plus, peeling off the mask is super easy and satisfying - no struggle at all. Since this product applies transparently, it's hard to see which areas you've missed. You really need to apply a generous amount for best results, but the container doesn't hold quite enough product to do that comfortably.

Since my skin tends to get reactive easily, I'm usually careful when applying products. This one absorbed comfortably without any major issues, and while it's lightweight, it wraps around my skin like a protective barrier, which felt amazing. What I especially loved is that the hydrating shine isn't the glossy type. It's more suited for calming and moisturizing rather than creating a luminous glow. When I use it on irritated or red skin, my complexion feels balanced the next day and I can really feel the soothing effect. There were nights when I applied it before bed, and surprisingly, no breakouts appeared. Instead, my skin felt more settled, and I thought to myself, "This really works well with my skin type." It takes quite a while to dry. It's also a bit tricky to spread evenly, so I prefer using it when I have plenty of time rather than when I'm in a rush. That said, once it dries and I see how calm my skin becomes, the little bit of waiting feels worth it. I use this mask together with a dermatological soothing zinc band mask pack. I first calm my skin with the pack, let the essence absorb, then layer the cream on top and apply a phyto-soothing wrapping mask over it. When I do this, my skin feels deeply hydrated from within, and the soothing and moisturizing effects are definitely doubled. Especially when my skin is sensitive or on the verge of breakouts, this combination is my go-to emergency soothing routine. Oh, and by the way, using my hands is easier than using the silicone brush that comes with the wrapping mask.

Aloe/Mediheal (especially the Madecassoside pads - they made my entire face and neck turn red)/Isntree products don't work for me. Centella asiatica/cica/tea tree work really well for my skin. • Scent: Slightly woody with a herbal green note? It's not a pleasant fragrance, but it doesn't give me a headache or feel irritating. It was a scent I'd never experienced before. • Texture: A thick, gel-like formula with a yellowish tint and visible particles, just like in the photo. There appear to be acne-fighting ingredients mixed throughout, but you can't feel the texture when applying. You barely notice them going on. At first, I was startled looking in the mirror thinking something was clumpy all over my face! • Application experience: Compared to the same brand's collagen wrapping mask, this one feels slightly thicker when applying and takes longer to dry. Personally, I think of this as a simplified version of a modeling pack. • Dryness: Personally, all wrapping-type masks leave my skin feeling dry after removal. I recommend applying this after an essence step, and once it's completely dry, remove it and immediately follow up with an emulsion or cream. • The included silicone brush is disappointing: It's too thick and stiff, making it difficult to apply an even layer. It's definitely hard to spread thinly. I think this brush works better for wash-off masks than for this type. I loved the collagen wrapping mask so much that I decided to try the calming vegan wrapping mask too. It's a vegan formula with little leaf-like particles mixed throughout in a pale green shade. The texture is quite thick, but it spreads smoothly and evenly across the skin. It's really easy to use - just apply it with the included brush, let it dry, and peel it off. When I remove it, my skin feels noticeably smoother and softer. The glow is just a bonus! While I can't say it completely erased acne marks, it definitely helped calm down troubled areas and reduce redness. There's even a slight cooling sensation that feels refreshing. I think it's especially perfect for using during warmer seasons like now. It was so easy to apply, and unlike other masks that need time to absorb, this one you just peel off after 20 minutes - super convenient! Once I remove it, my skin has this beautiful glow, my makeup applies perfectly, and my skin feels calm and soothed. Before and after using this mask, I can see real results. I have extremely oily, cystic acne-prone skin, and within just 2 minutes of washing after removing the mask, my face gets incredibly greasy. Here's my detailed breakdown based on my own experience. Comparison: 4 weeks after vs. 4 weeks before I didn't sleep for two nights and my skin completely flipped out - the cystic breakouts took over. Centella asiatica doesn't work for everyone, and some people's skin gets worse, but it works well for me. So I've completely switched to using centella asiatica products. Honestly, the centella asiatica looks like mold growing on it, so I read through the reviews really carefully before buying. Since it's effective for inflammation, I hope it absorbs quickly. This is really intense. Please get good sleep - definitely before 10 PM! I wish I could just stay home and rest properly. After 30 minutes, a film forms that you peel off. For me, it takes at least 40 minutes before the film develops. I really love that this is a no-rinse mask - that's definitely a plus. The film takes so long to form though, so I'll write more reviews while waiting. Stay positive - stress isn't good for your skin anyway. I need to wash my hands again since I touched my phone. Anyway, I'll work hard to take photos right after application, then at 4 weeks, and at 2 months for you. After 30 minutes when the film forms, peel it off and gently tap the remaining product to help it absorb. Tap, tap, tap - centella asiatica, please help my acne. I'm desperately tapping gently to help it absorb. There's no dramatic transformation, but the larger cystic breakouts have definitely gotten smaller. You need so much product - just a coin-sized amount gets used up fast. The price is brutal. If it goes on sale at beauty retailers, definitely grab it. It's smaller than a toothpaste tube. Also, the leftover centella asiatica residue looks exactly like seaweed powder, so people might misunderstand. You're supposed to peel it off, but what's left behind gets absorbed into your skin, so it leaves residue all over the place. Make sure to wash your hands thoroughly with antibacterial soap - get under your nails and into all the crevices before applying the mask. This step is incredibly important.

I originally got the set because of the collagen, but I'm absolutely loving the cica version!!!! I have combination skin, so some areas are dry while other parts have pores going absolutely wild. With excess oil production, I also get tons of those tiny bumpy breakouts. But here's the thing - when I use the cica mask, those pesky little bumps calm right down! They don't completely disappear, but even when I apply breakout treatment, it doesn't work as well as this cica wrapping mask does. The next day, those angry little bumps have definitely settled down! That's why I use the cica wrapping mask before any important events. Plus, it hydrates really well, so even using it alone leaves my skin feeling plump and bouncy! I really recommend this to anyone looking to soothe and calm troubled skin! The only thing I wish is that there was more product in each mask. I tend to apply it generously. I usually apply the cica mask to areas where I have those tiny bumpy breakouts, and I use the hydrating essence on my cheeks. When I use both together, my skin feels even more moisturized and dewy!!
