I'm usually pretty sensitive to fragrance, but this product doesn't have that typical cosmetics scent—it smells pleasant and inoffensive! Looking at the photo below, you can see it's a pad-type product with both a textured dot side and a smooth side, so you can choose whichever texture works best for your skin. I also really appreciated that the pads and formula are kept separate, so you don't have to worry about the active ingredients breaking down. You can simply pour the formula onto the pad whenever you need it, which is super convenient! If you're thinking about trying this, I'd definitely recommend reading through other reviews first to help you decide. I bought this after seeing it advertised on social media, but honestly, it's tough to achieve the results shown in those ads. I will say that when I use it on dry patches, my skin does feel more hydrated temporarily, but I haven't noticed that deep, plumped moisture effect that was promised. Just like how facial pads sometimes leave a slight residue on your face, this body pad can show on your skin depending on the day. But I love how clean and refreshed it makes me feel! It's great for preventing that rough, bumpy texture on my legs during winter, and wherever I massage it in, my skin feels so hydrated and smooth. I have sensitive skin with atopic dermatitis and easily triggered irritation, but this product didn't cause any flare-ups. I normally can't even use standard AHA/BHA exfoliating toner pads because my skin barrier is already compromised and moisture evaporates too quickly. But this one doesn't strip my skin excessively while simultaneously soothing and hydrating, so I can use it regularly without worry. It's also smoothed out my bumpy texture, and I absolutely loved the cooling effect during summer. It's marketed as a body product, but the pad size is the same as the face version? I go through 4 to 6 pads per full-body application, and I wish they'd make them twice as large so 2 to 3 pads would be enough. Most people who buy this product care about skincare basics, which means they're not just using this one product—they're investing in multiple treatments. When you add up the cost of masks and other treatments, this isn't exactly budget-friendly, which is disappointing since I'd love to use it more often. I had bumpy, textured skin on my arms, and using this exfoliating pad really helped smooth things out! I love the two-step process - first I use the textured side to gently exfoliate away dead skin, then I follow up with the softer side to leave my skin feeling silky and refined. It's definitely better than doing nothing. I can really feel my skin getting hydrated. The results are barely noticeable. The shine fades within minutes of application. The effect on rough texture is minimal at best. Plus, the moment you stop using it, everything comes right back. Don't believe the hype from Meditherapy's marketing claims. Moisturizing and super easy to use. That's honestly all the positives I can find... this product was an absolute nightmare for me. After using this to cleanse my body, I developed an allergic reaction with visible redness. My neck and chest area were especially itchy. Then I broke out in what looks like acne or folliculitis on my back. I was hoping to improve my skin texture, but instead I got unexpected breakouts and felt incredibly stressed about it. I have no idea what ingredient caused this... My skin feels so refined and clarified after using this. I notice some dark residue coming off, which shows it's really working to remove impurities. The price is quite steep, so I only stock up during sales. The pads don't feel very durable either.

Right after using it, I noticed my skin texture looked smoother and more refined. The discoloration does fade, but you really need to use it consistently to see results. The applicator pad is generously sized and feels great to use. It does feel a bit sticky at first, though that goes away once it absorbs. It's not quite as dramatic as the ads make it seem, to be honest. With regular use, the marks do lighten up gradually. I love how this instantly hydrates my skin and gives it a beautiful glow. Absorbs nicely and keeps skin hydrated. Super easy to use and honestly worth trying. Since it's a body product, you need to use quite a bit to cover your neck, arms, and legs. I was disappointed because it doesn't give that glossy, silky finish like the ads promise.
