It's noticeably lighter than typical ampoules or essences, so it absorbs much faster into the skin. Even on busy mornings, just applying this alone keeps your skin from feeling dry. That said, those with very dry skin might find it doesn't provide quite enough hydration on its own. The price point is a bit steep. You'll probably want to wait for a sale to grab it. The opaque packaging makes it hard to tell how much product is left inside.
