My hair had been bleached about five times and dyed three times, but this made it feel so silky and smooth. What I really appreciated most was how quickly the treatment worked - it saved me so much time! When I did my own bleaching and coloring later, I used it generously without hesitation. Since it has a lightweight, liquid formula, it was easier to apply evenly and really helped minimize damage. Plus, the grapefruit scent was absolutely lovely. The liquid formula worked best when I blow-dried my hair first. Eventually, I got lazy with that step, so I started mixing it with a thicker treatment formula instead. I haven't seen it in stores lately, so I kind of forgot about it, but now that I'm thinking of it again, I really want to buy it. I bought this without expecting much since it's so affordable, but it totally exceeded my expectations. After about a week of use, I started noticing real changes in my hair texture. Instead of feeling slick like conditioner, my hair became soft and smooth without any greasy residue. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone struggling with damaged hair that's also oily, or people who can't use regular conditioner because their hair gets too greasy. The grapefruit scent is lovely and the product lasts a long time. I also looked up the ingredients and was happy to find there aren't any concerning chemicals, which made me even more satisfied. That said, I was cautious and made sure it never touched my scalp. I applied it only to my hair while lying face down and rubbed it in. Since it's a liquid formula, once you apply and massage it through, it spreads evenly without any missed spots. Honestly, there's nothing really wrong with it, but I'm being forced to write at least 20 characters so I'm not sure what else to say. Oh, one thing is that since it's a liquid, it can be a bit messy to apply. The bottle contains 100ml, and the recommended amount per use is about 10ml according to what I saw on a social commerce forum. That means one bottle should last about 10 uses, but in reality I went through it faster than that. If you have very oily hair, you'll probably use it up even quicker. Plus, the price is amazing, and unlike other treatments, you only need to wait ten seconds before rinsing it out. That makes it perfect for my daily routine when I'm rushing in the morning. Since it's a liquid formula, it's a bit tricky to control how much you use, so I find myself going through it faster than expected. When you apply it to your hair, it creates a warming sensation (which helps with absorption), and I love using that to massage it in section by section. If you're not in a rush, it's even better to gently squeeze out excess water and let it sit for at least five minutes before rinsing. First off, I love how quick it works. When you apply it, you get a warming sensation and a bit of foam forms, but you just let it sit for a moment and rinse it out. It's great that it's safe even if it touches your scalp, and once you rinse, your hair feels so refreshed and bouncy. Plus, the scent is amazing! The instructions said 10 seconds, but I ended up doing a lot of bleaching and coloring all at once, so I left it on for about 30 minutes each time. I was worried it might irritate my scalp, but so far everything seems fine. My hair is really damaged though, so I have to use a separate treatment or conditioner along with it. I heard it was safe to use on the scalp, so I figured why not just go ahead and use it. But when I looked at the ingredients, I got concerned that people with sensitive scalps probably shouldn't use it...

Since it has a water-based formula, I felt a warming sensation right after application, which makes me believe the absorption is as fast as advertised. After using it, my hair felt incredibly smooth and silky. When used alone, it feels a bit lightweight. I was previously using Pantene's 3-minute treatment, and this didn't quite measure up as a replacement. My hair felt less soft and a bit stiff compared to what I was used to. However, when I applied this first and then followed up with Pantene, the combination worked amazingly well together. I'd recommend using this as a prep step and then following it with a separate treatment product, rather than relying on it as your only conditioning step.
