I've been using this product for almost three years now. Since it's a liquid formula, it's really easy to create thin, precise lines, and while the color isn't so dark that it looks unnatural on the skin, it's definitely dark enough to look great. The price is affordable too, and best of all, the ingredients are really gentle and skin-friendly. Everything about it is good, but the product flow is totally unpredictable. Sometimes barely anything comes out, and then after I wipe the applicator on a tissue, suddenly it gushes out everywhere. It's frustrating because I've spent a full minute struggling to draw a line that should only take five seconds. The actual eyeliner result looks nice, but this dispensing issue is such a deal-breaker that I'm thinking about switching to a gel liner this time.

The color looks natural and the value for money is great, especially when it's on sale. Nothing really stands out as a downside. The color is incredibly vibrant and the sharp, pointed tip makes it perfect for creating precise eye liner flicks at the outer corner I mainly use this just for the outer corner, but the color payoff is so intense that it's difficult to control the intensity. I was worried pure black might be too intense, so I went with the brownie shade instead and it's absolutely perfect. This tone works beautifully whether you have warm or cool undertones. I honestly can't find a single downside. The staying power is excellent and the color payoff is fantastic. It holds up beautifully without smudging, so I keep coming back to it. I've gone through more than five of these, and unfortunately the cap keeps breaking every time. The staying power is excellent and the color is absolutely gorgeous. I even tested it with water and it held up pretty well, though there was just a tiny bit of fading. When I apply it, there's this weird sensation like it's hardening on my eyes. That feeling is really strange and uncomfortable.
