I don't think there's anything wrong with the product itself—my skin has just changed as I've aged. If you have oily skin and a thicker complexion, I'd absolutely recommend this one. But if that's not you, I'd skip it. Fair warning: this product leaves your skin feeling super matte and squeaky clean. It strips away oil but takes all the moisture with it. If you love that squeaky-clean feeling from a rich, luxurious lather, this one's for you! However, I'd skip it if you have dry skin—it can feel a bit tight and tugging. The cleansing power is really solid, so you can use it solo without a first cleanse and it removes almost everything except heavy eye makeup. The downside is it leaves your skin quite parched. I think this would be perfect for anyone with an oily complexion, but since I'm getting older, I find it pulls too much on my skin. After washing, my face feels completely stripped of all its natural oils, which makes it feel a bit too dry for my liking. I do use it on my face, but since the cleansing action feels pretty strong, I find it works better on my body—especially on days when I've applied sunscreen on my arms and legs.
