I've been using this for over 5 years now. It lathers beautifully and has such great ingredients. I honestly can't bring myself to switch to another shampoo brand. Since I've been loyal to this brand for so long, there's really nothing to complain about! If I had to nitpick, it would be that they don't offer a conditioner or treatment product in their line. Well, they did launch a treatment once, but it was discontinued—and honestly, the packaging wasn't the most convenient anyway.

The scent is subtle and natural, not that harsh artificial fragrance vibe, which I really appreciated. I massage my scalp gently and thoroughly, almost like I'm cleansing the pores, and then when I rinse with water... wow, I don't even need conditioner! I thought my hair would feel dry and straw-like, but it actually feels like I used conditioner. It's like the nourishing ingredients penetrate the hair, giving it volume and bounce. I used to struggle with an oily, flaky scalp, but this product completely turned things around for me. My scalp feels so much healthier now! I've been using it together with the mist for about 7 to 8 years. I'm not a fan of how the natural essential oils are incorporated into this product instead of just providing fragrance. It doesn't seem to work well for sensitive skin types like mine, which is disappointing. If you're looking for therapeutic results, I'd recommend waiting about a minute or two after application for the best benefits.
