I have oily, combination skin, but this product did an amazing job calming and soothing my complexion. I'm really happy with how it worked! This foam cleanser is absolutely amazing! It does a great job with both surface and deep cleansing. I don't have photos to share, but after using a makeup cleansing oil followed by this foam cleanser sample, everything felt so fresh and clean—like it really swept away all the impurities. The scent is subtle too, so even those with sensitive skin should find it really comfortable to use. With quality like this, I guess the price tag comes with it, right? I ordered this because I wanted to try a vegan formula. It doesn't cause any breakouts and leaves my skin feeling beautifully hydrated. My skin around my lips is sensitive, and I sometimes feel a slight stinging sensation in that area.

It feels refreshing and hydrating without any sticky residue, which I absolutely loved. Since it's a lightweight, non-tacky water formula, it works perfectly as an exfoliating toner. For some reason, it didn't work well with my skin and felt a bit stingy when I first used it. I ended up needing to use another toner before applying this exfoliating toner. The product description mentioned it was a clarifying toner that would give a matte finish and control excess oil, but honestly, it didn't deliver on that promise.

This toner has a lightweight, watery texture and is virtually fragrance-free. When I use it on a cotton pad to cleanse, it does a great job of controlling excess oil. I started using this because it promised to improve oily skin, but it was much drier than I expected. Since I have naturally oily skin with excess sebum, I used it by applying it to a cotton pad when my skin felt particularly oily. Right after cleansing, even without applying anything else, my skin felt tight and flaky. Instead of leaving my skin feeling fresh and clean, it left my complexion feeling stiff and uncomfortable, which I really didn't like. So after using it, I ended up rinsing my face with water to remove it.

Plus, I appreciated that it's a vegan formula—it shows the brand really cares about environmental responsibility, which I think is wonderful! The main thing is that this product has a distinct rice scent that comes through every time you use it, so if you're sensitive to fragrance, you might not love it. Since I usually stick to fragrance-free products, I found the scent a bit overwhelming compared to the actual product performance. Other than that, I didn't really have any complaints!
