Milbon's product quality and value for money are unbeatable, honestly. I actually use 4X regularly, not just right after clinic visits. It's so convenient to carry that I always pack it when I travel! If you have seriously damaged hair or thick, coarse strands, 4X is definitely the way to go. If you have long or thick hair, one bottle might not be enough for you.
